B18B LS, JRSC M42 blower. What PSI will I see with the Unorthodox crankshaft pulley? This is the one from Summit racing.

Also, what's the most effective QUIET exhaust for 8psi? Would the type-r be too restrictive?

    Thanks..

I can't answer your question exactly other than to say you will LOOSE psi. The pulley you are refering to is a smaller diameter than stock to save on weight. Other than the fact that you will drop psi, I have heard some horror stories about those crank pulleys. I don't know from personal expierience so that is all I can say.

If the Unorthodox Racing piece is undampened (no rubber pressed into it) then its bad news for long term longevity (I believe that's the case with the UR piece, but not 100%).

If you want to go up, either get (in order of ease of installation) :

    The Endyn Stepper -- $180
    The HB from a CRV -- $140
    A 3.0" pulley for the JRSC itself -- $ ?

zach (fastfour) was selling his Endyn Stepper last week

lost SOL was selling his 3.0" pulley last week

The USDM typeR cat back I have is nice n quiet around town (0-70mph) gets a bit drony up top (80-110 mph).

    Hope this helps

    It's undampened..

Right now the blower is off the car and has been for a while.. and im struggling with removing the rear motor mount inserts..

I'm trying to make my car civil again, but god damn, I could sure use that power around here. If I'm gonna go through the hassle of putting the blower on again, its straight to 8 psi.

I don't know what psi you would be running with your setup, but with the unorthodox pulley on my engine, I had to run the equivelent of a 10psi pulley to produce 5 psi.
